Relax · Recover · Perform

Why people come in

Relax

Shoulders that never come down. A jaw you notice at 2pm. Breathing that stays high in the chest. Held patterns don't release on their own — they get worked out, deliberately, one layer at a time.

Recover

It rarely arrives all at once. Hips that stopped opening. A shoulder that catches overhead. A low back that tightens the day after. We work into the restriction instead of around it.

Perform

Range you don't have to force. Positions you can hold. Recovery that keeps up with your training load, so the next session starts from a better place than the last one ended.

What's on the table

Six modalities,
one session plan

You don't pick a technique off a menu. I assess, then use what the body asks for — often three or four of these inside a single hour.

Deep tissue work along the back

Deep Tissue 01

Sustained pressure into the layers that hold, restoring range where it's been lost. The starting point for most people.

Cupping therapy with silicone cups placed along the back

Cupping 02

Decompression instead of compression. For stubborn adhesions and areas that resist direct pressure.

Focused treatment work at the neck and shoulders

Lymphatic Drainage 03

Light, rhythmic work to move fluid and reduce swelling. Frequently paired with deep tissue in the same visit.

Assisted stretching through the leg and hip

Assisted Stretching 04

Guided end-range work, taking joints further than you can take them yourself, safely.

Treatment session in progress

Myofascial Release 05

Slow, sustained work into the fascia to change the pattern rather than chase the symptom.

Cupping and bodywork combined during a session

Reflexology 06

Focused work through the feet. Clients consistently describe walking out lighter than they walked in.

Sixty or ninety minutes

What actually happens

  1. 01

    We find the restriction

A few minutes of movement and questions. Where it catches, what you did to it, what you need to be able to do next week.

  2. 02

    I pick the tools

Deep tissue, cups, lymphatic, reflexology — chosen against what the assessment found, not against a package you bought.

  3. 03

    We work the pattern

Layer by layer, checking range as we go. You'll know what I'm doing and why, because I'll tell you.

  4. 04

    You leave with homework

Two or three things to hold the change — usually stretches, sometimes load advice. Small, specific, actually doable.

Massage & stretch demos

Portable table, full setup, on location anywhere in Miami — beachside for a brand activation, a gym parking lot for an open day, a boardwalk for a pop-up. Good for team recovery sessions, corporate wellness mornings and beach events alike.

People try ten minutes, feel the difference, and book properly afterwards. It's the most effective marketing this practice has.

Meet your therapist

Hello,
I'm Jack.

Five years licensed, and the whole time spent on one question: why is this body moving the way it is? The modality is whatever the answer calls for.

Every session is built around your body on that day, not a script. Chronic tightness, a training block that beat you up, or a nagging thing you've stopped mentioning to people — that's the work.

One therapist, one table, full attention. I come to you, anywhere in Miami.

“Thank you so much for the massage, I am feeling so much better today. I loved the cups and lymphatic massage you incorporated with the deep tissue. I feel a lot more mobile in my neck and shoulders, and definitely walking around lighter on my feet from the reflexology you did.”

Common questions

Do you come to me, or do I come to you?

I come to you, anywhere in Miami. Portable table, sheets, and everything else — you need a space roughly the size of a parked car and a power outlet if we're using heat.

How is this different from a spa massage?

A spa session is designed around an hour of relaxation. This is designed around a restriction. You'll be asked questions, we'll test range, and you'll leave with two or three things to do. Plenty of people find it relaxing anyway.

Will cupping leave marks?

Sometimes, and they're not bruises — they're a normal response to decompression and fade within a few days. If you have an event coming up, tell me and we'll work without cups or place them where nothing shows.

60 or 90 minutes?

Sixty is enough for one region done properly. Ninety is right if you've got more than one complaint, or if it's a first session and we're still mapping what's going on.

How often should I come?

For an acute problem, weekly until it changes — usually two or three sessions. For maintenance under a real training load, every two to four weeks. I'll tell you honestly when you don't need to come back.

Can you do a demo at my gym or office?

Yes. That's a standing offer — see the demos section above, or email me directly.

Booking

Pick a time.
That's the process.

Booking runs through Square, and same-week slots are usually open. Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, at your place, anywhere in Miami.
